Breakfast was very good. I liked that it was available till 10am.
I didn’t like the hygiene products. Both the body soap and the shampoo did not suds up at all. None of it had a pleasant scent.

Good location
The keys provided at the reception could not open the door. I had to visit the front desk over 5 times before I eventually got relocated to another room. It was very frustrating and exhausting considering my long day journey.

The staff was absolutely wonderful! We interacted with several different employees throughout our stay, and every single one was incredibly friendly, kind, and welcoming. They really were the highlight of our experience! We also felt safe during our stay, which is always important to us. Breakfast was nothing spectacular, but it was nice to have something available in the mornings.
We booked this hotel somewhat last minute and weren't looking for anything fancy. We didn't choose the cheapest option, but we weren't expecting luxury either. We simply wanted a clean, comfortable place to get a good night's sleep.
Unfortunately, the rooms are very outdated and could really use some attention. The cleanliness wasn't terrible, and we didn't encounter any bugs or anything alarming, but the rooms definitely need a thorough deep cleaning and some updating.
Our biggest issue was the noise on our last night. It was extremely loud, and at one point there was so much banging coming from the other side of the wall that my headboard was actually being hit or shaken while I was trying to sleep. It made for a very uncomfortable night and was difficult to sleep through.
Overall, I think this property has potential, especially with such wonderful employees, but the rooms desperately need some TLC, better cleaning, and a little updating to make the experience more comfortable.
