The lady on reception was lovely. The room door failed, swapped our room no issue and was so kind and apologetic. Stuff happens - its the response that counts. Cannot fault room, facilities in it etc. Plenty of parking and your in Central Cortez.
I have no issues at all.

Room was dated, but everything worked and was clean. Beds are comfortable.
Breakfast was very basic.
