Convenience to my destination

Conveniently located, quiet, clean with very pleasant owners and staff. We stayed there many times in the past, and like this hotel.
Some refurbishment will be needed soon here and there, but far to be critical at this point.

Location, the breakfast was o.k
We had no microwave when we arrived. Had to get the next day!!

The staff were all very friendly and courteous. The location is good in terms of getting to campus for events. The breakfast was basic, but ok.
The health inspector score of 87 should have said enough. The bathroom tubs were gross. There was mold in the caulking and the bottoms were dark with dirt/grime. I went to Walmart for soft scrub with bleach and cleaned them before taking a shower. The AC unit filters were caked with dust that made the room stink. The price did not reflect the quality of the hotel. Way too expensive for what they provided.
