Everything ! Comfort. Cleanliness. Close to the interstate. Walking distance to restaurants.
Nothing. It was a perfect stay. We stay there each time we go to gulf shores. On our way there and our way back.

Location was great!
The air was not working properly in our room. We arrived @3pm, it was set on 74 and the temp was 76, as a few hours passed, the temperature in the room kept climbing. We notified staff @6 that it was 78 in our room, and she was not friendly at all. (She was The only one that wasn’t) She accused us of turning it down farther than it needed to be, and we hadn’t messed with it at all. Overall the hotel was clean, the beds were quite hard, none of our party slept well.
