We loved the Popsicle Hotline, soda machine, and the soft serve machine. The area this place was located was great. The staff were friendly and helpful.
We had many early mornings because we could hear the footsteps of the people above us.

Every member of staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.
Lots of little touches like free self serve ice cream, sodas and coffees.
Great location for all Hollywood attractions, just a few minutes walk from Hollywood Walk of Fame.
Very large spacious rooms
Property itself is a little dated and is ready for a spruce-up. But this is more than outweighed by the service and extra touches.
