Right across from the famous Heisler Park and walkable to the Main Beach. Very clean restroom! Complimentary parking space. Front desk staff is always available and helpful. Housekeeper is available daily if needed. The most affordable option for the area.
The AC sits right next to the bed headboard! It was impossible to sleep with the AC on, so I needed to sleep in the opposite direction. Fridge and microwave are very old but get the job done. Although groceries and restaurants are walkable, you still have to walk uphill and downhill for a bit.

Very convenient location. Good-sized rooms. Parking on site.
They charge a lot for what the room is, but if you’re visiting Laguna Beach in the summer, you’re paying for the convenience of the location
