Great employees, friendly, kind and helpful. Easy walk to the cog railroad.
They are in the middle of renovating some areas, so a bit noisier than expected.

The staff was really nice and helped us look another night because we were too tired to travel again that day.
8 / 10Excellent·Sep 2026
Location, history, nice porch, nice bar, room had the amenities we needed.
Under renovation, which was loud and a little unsightly. They did try to keep us away from the inconvenience. Shower was cold and took a lesson to operate. Slow drain that made showering unpleasant.

Location
Renovations were being done and the windows to our room were papered over, making it claustrophobic.
