The service desk guy, Justin was the best part of my stay! He was very helpful and super duper optimistic it was a refreshing experience for a place like this! Thank you to your staff that made our experience amazing!
Nothing stood out that I didn't like!

Location was great. Easy to find right off the highway and easy access to gas stations. This was one of the few hotels that had the best ratings and no bed bugs or mysterious stains on the sheets.
It was dirty. The ac hardly worked. Waited for over 30 mins for someone to come to the desk to check me in just to be told to wait longer bc she wasn’t back from her errands yet. When she did finally show up I was greeted with nothing but attitude, like it was my fault she had to do work.. I was also greeting with the same attitude at check out. there were ants and spiders everywhere, and i mean everywhere (the shower, the windows)
