Location. Nice workers.
Having to pay for parking. And person who cleans room barely spoke English.

The property is In the best location. It is very comfortable, clean and has a wonderful breakfast. For the location and price, it’s a must stay if in DC. Centrally located and easily access to all DC favorites including the metro

Location was excellent
Our shower looked dirty and in need of repair, we complained to the front desk and housekeeping left a card to show they came in and looked at it but it didn’t appear touched and the bathroom didn’t smell freshly cleaned so it appears they did nothing.

Location and size of room were great.
No shower curtain, safe was locked, 2 towel rails fell off the wall. Staff were a bit miserable. Breakfast was lack lustre and even though guests sitting in the restaurant doors to breakfast closed with no notice given. Housekeeping only every other day.
