The properties location to Zion NP was excellent and close to the local bus stop.
Unfortunately the two things that I didn’t like was $20 per day for parking when they’re charging $500+ a night for your stay, second is the properties Scout Bar & Grill was completely understaffed for both breakfast and dinner.

Was ok very nice and pleasant
Only complaint I have, we had to asked that the floor in the room has to be cleaned our feet were black from the dirty floor. It was only done half and very quickly. 😟
No Restaurant open we don’t like to eat with a child in a bar, it’s not the right place for a child.

Great location and well run hotel.

Good location for shuttle bus.
Nice pool but no pool attendant or lifeguard
Not particularly clean - floors were dirty
Unfriendly staff member on reception at check in
Have to pay $20 to park each day - not advertised anywhere apparently ‘unless you book directly with them’
Felt soul-less - didn’t realise was part of a chain when booking
