Pool was nice.
Bistro closed too early so I didn’t get to eat there.

Exceptional staff! Room was very nice & clean.
Ice machine level 4 was broken. Said go to floor 2. Ice machine was empty. Said go to 2nd floor. Finally got ice! Elevator was awful. Soooo slow. Would have been nice to have free breakfast.

The service from the bistro server and the cook. They were very friendly and very helpful.
Not a thing other than the Luke warm halls.

The hotel was in a good location.
We had a refridge that did not work. We had left overs that we were going to eat for lunch the next day and went to warm it up the next day. It was already hot. Told the customer service rep at the front desk. She just said she was sorry.
