This is a cute and well-maintained property. Our room was clean and comfortable. We loved the parking right in front of the unit. And, best of all, the price was a good value. The location is near everything you would want to do in Frankenmuth.

Cute little place, continental breakfast was good for the space, everything was fresh. Location was great. A little pricey for no extras (splash village next door was not much more). Appreciated the fridge and microwave.
Exposed pipe under sink came apart, but not until we were leaving in the morning, so it did not actually effect our stay much, but it could have. Non-carpeted floors are always preferable. Little to no space between the heater and one of the beds.

Everything about this stay was enjoyable. Our stay was quiet, clean, close to near by attractions. Both, evening & morning staff were very pleasant and had different recommendations for things to see / do during our short stay. We will be traveling to Frankenmuth again, & will be staying in the Frankenmuth Motel.
If I had to pick something, the outside area could use a little more light after dark. I didn't feel unsafe, but that would be my only complaint.
