Lots of thing to choose from.

Room was clean and comfortable. There were adequate choices at the breakfast bar. The food was good. The lady that was at the reception desk both days was VERY nice and friendly. I liked her a lot!! But I don’t know her name.
Because there is renovation going on that part was unpleasant. But it has to be done and, hopefully, will be an improvement to the hotel. We have stayed here before and we will come again.

It was nice to be close to shopping/grocery options.
I didn’t feel very safe in the location (might just be Ottumwa in general) and there were people hanging around outside and a loud motorcycle doing laps from 9-10pm. One pillow on the bed had a dirty pillow case. The breakfast wasn’t anything special and the “hot” foods were stale and cold.
