Staff was friendly and the room was great
I only have one complaint - the lady who works in the breakfast area this morning (around 8-830) was incredibly rude. My boyfriend had made a waffle and the timer on the machine wasn’t working, so the machine was beeping and he didn’t know why. She rudely snapped at him and told him “it’s beeping for a reason”. I was seriously taken aback by her rude tone. And then I watched her snap at a child and a couple of other people too, while she walked off and shook her head. She should really change her attitude if she’s going to work around people.

no fishy smell in room, bed very comfortable and friendly staff
spa since it's out of order should not be in the way maybe an update to the room would make the room look better
