Breakfast?? Waffles were the only hot item besides the coffee. Your room prices go up but yet the breakfast quality goes down....WAY DOWN!!!
People....just people in general...not good up-bringing in my opinion. But I know you can't fix that.

The staff was friendly and accommodating and even bumped us to a room which better suited our needs without extra charge.
Our room was very clean, with bright fun colored paintings on the wall that made it feel fresh and not like a boring green and brown basic hotel room.
Pool was fun and the breakfast was good! Would stay here again!
Only issue we noticed was the sink leaked a bit and the hallway lights were really bright around the door at night. Maybe seal the door a little closer or dim the hall lights at night?

Really liked the glass doors on the shower! Clean and hygienic, huge win from me. I really liked the layout of the room and style of it.
The construction made it hard to find how to get into the parking lot. In fact, I missed it twice! I did not like that there was not an additional overhead or brighter light at the sink mirror. For females putting on makeup, it was a bit dark. The door to my room was not plum, there was a crack along one lower side and could hear everything in the hallway.
