It was very close to the hospital that I went for a patient visit.
The property sign was too small. Drove past the hotel and almost missed it on the second try. Only one individual on duty during each shift. The door keycard was not working properly. Phones are in the room for decoration only. We could not use the phone for hotel service.

Location near Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital. Housekeeping was great. The person who cleaned was great.
Age of property shows even after obvious upgrades. Mold in caulking around tub. Housekeeping can’t specialize in mold. Mattresses are lumpy. Multiple plugs into all outlets. No available outlets near bed or desk area for phone charging. The desk has outlets along sideboard on right, but none of those plugs are active.

After checking in, it was hard to find hotel staff. The young lady who checked me in was very nice and welcoming. The hotel itself was the problem. Very noisy hotel. You hear the highway all night long. Windows and walls are thin. Ice maker kept waking me up at night. The shower didn't drain while in use so you have to stand in your dirty water after rinsing your body. And the room had no plug outlets to charge my laptop or phone in the bedroom. Had to have it only on the desk. Couldn't connect a gaming device or anything to make the TV pleasant. There's only like 11 channels on the TV. It's not a smart TV so you can't stream anything. I had to watch things on my laptop until the battery died......Couches are dirty and worn. I sat on a towel anytime I sat on the couches or chairs. Even the iron and ironing board was filthy. The amenities are a joke and a lie. Never made it to breakfast because it took so long to fall asleep thanks to screeching tires and sirens on the highway. Very disappointed with this experience. I will never book here again. My daughter's college dorm is nicer than this and they have community showers. I truly wish I could get my money back!!!
