The room was great, although the lightswitch for the shower area didn't work. Breakfast was better than expected. Staff was friendly and helpful. The location if perfect for me. Very comfortable room.
The light switch for the shower area didn't work, and the door hinge on the entry door needs to be adjusted to stop the lock from binding. The strike had been filed out, but the problem is the top hinge causing the door to sag.

Overall a decent experience. Great location for Gainbridge events. Room was clean. The public space need a refresh. Getting a bit dated. Not what you would call "clean". Water diverter in tub/shower of room 212 needs changed. Half the water does not get to the showerhead, causing horrible volume/ pressure.

Staff were nice, central areas clean
Weird smells, the elevator was tiny and scary, the sheets didn’t fit the bed and kept coming off, the top blanket had stains
