All great except in-room coffee maker was inoperative.

The fact that they offer breakfast is really nice for the price. The bed was comfortable and the room had what you needed. I have been here a few times and it has always been good. The customer service in front is always kind, especially Patrick, really cool guy.
My only feedback would be that some of the room definitely need remodeling. Some of the bath tubs are cracked or the extractor does not work, and we had a couple TV's not work in the room also, but the room is comfortable and great for the price.

The layout with a grassy area for the dogs. Ample parking. Family friendly
Too noisy. Room was clean but the grounds were disgusting. Trash everywhere. Giant Roaches.
