Attentive and Friendly staff. Housekeeping is amazing. All areas are clean at all times. Great pool area. Breakfast is good enough for the stay.
Exit door at one side of the hotel didnt work to be opened from outside with the room card.

It was very pleasant, kinda hidden which was nice, relaxing and very environmentally clean. No smell of substances In the hotel. Nowadays thats very unlikely anywhere. Also no unwanted noises in the hallways throughout the night.
The phones had no dial tone. Had to go down to front desk to ask for more towels. And the air conditioning register was blowing the cool air at the wall instead of towards the beds.

Location
The elderly woman who runs the kitchen area was very nice.
The pool area is filthy disgusting and should be shut down. Air vents are full of mildew, pool deck is cracked and has broken areas. The entire room is gross
Front desk staff is not pleasant at all. It’s as if they don’t even want to be there and the guests are an imposition.
