We could back up to our door.
It was old and rundown. Not like LaQuinta at all.

The bed was very comfortable and staff was extremely welcoming and helpful.
Pool not open and listing shows pool.

Location was great for us. Staff friendly and accomodating.
It was fine, a bit dated.

It is unacceptable to send guests off after checkout with nothing more than a cup of coffee for breakfast.
I cannot understand how a hotel chain cannot accommodate a basic dietary restriction as gluten intolerance, when 8% -30 millions-of the US population suffers of an allergy to wheat
Holiday Inn manages to provide a few individually wrapped slices of gluten-free bread, cereal, and a few Greek yogurts. These are simple alternatives that would allow guests with dietary restrictions to have breakfast without requiring the hotel to make any extraordinary effort or expense. That artificial mix of eggs is not something that many guests would like to have for breakfast or the greasy Bob Evans sausage. What makes this situation even more unacceptable is that, at another one of your properties, an employee responded to my concerns by saying that when people complain about the lack of gluten-free options, she advises them to bring their own breakfast in a doggy bag.
This is not just about bread or cereal. It is about hospitality, respect for guests, and the basic expectation that a hotel charging full price should make a reasonable effort to accommodate common dietary restrictions.
