I looked that it was available, the bedding was clean and comfortable, and it was affordable.
The floors were filthy, especially in the bathroom; there was at least one roach sighted; and there were only enough towels for one guest, not the both of us.

It was very comfortable, had coffee maker & other bath amenities.
Did not like that they gave us an upstairs room. That made it very inconvenient for us.
