We’ve stayed here twice a year as snow birds traveling back and forth from MN to AZ.
Could use some bathroom upgrades.

Spacious, clean beautiful suite!! Easy check in.
Nice amenities, great location.
So much noise from above us, and on our floor.
Sounded like a herd of elephants and lots of door slamming, very noisy. Went on for over 2 hours
Just as we were finally ready for bed we were contacted ( first by room phone which my husband ignored to try to sleep) then by an employee knocking at our door. This occurred at almost midnight.
This was rich- there had been noise complaints and because " everything echoes, not sure exactly where noise was from" he was asking us to quiet down!!!
We are 65 and 69 years old, very respectful of others and have NEVER been accused of making too much noise at ANY lodging! Not even when traveling with kids!
Crazy!!!

Parking is good. It was clean. Staff was ok. Not overly friendly. There was plenty of space to hang towels. Hot water was hot. All plumbing worked.
I know they have done some remodeling in last year or so, but we got a room that looked like it might have been handicapped accessible before but now had a tub. Shower was not great, and the shampoo felt like I was using conditioner. Bathrooms with the lighting behind the edge of the mirror are horrible for men shaving and women putting on makeup.
Breakfast eggs were reconstituted powdered...YUCK!! We have stayed here many times over the last 8 or 9 years, and it has declined significantly despite the remodel!
