Comfortable bed. Lots of bench space around sink. Spacious room. Ocean was just around the corner.
Our first floor room looked directly into the car park, so we had to keep curtain shut the whole time. Breakfast was average - they had waffle makers, which was cool, but syrup was the only topping. The bacon was so thin it was like cellophane. Muffin tasted a bit stale.

they have fresh cookies at check in. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful. a lot of options. the room was clean and didn't smell like mildew. Close to town and close to all the good things newport has to offer.
The bathroom could have had a few more towels. and maybe coffee creamer in the rooms with the coffee

Nice staff. Very friendly and helpful. Very clean
Shower head was not spraying like it shoulf. As in needs to be replaced due to being used frequently. Sheets had wear spots in them like fuzzies stuck in spots. But i have issues with fabrics so could have been me.

Beds were comfy!
On Saturday, we got to the breakfast room at 7:00 AM and the eggs were totally gone, and there were just a few sausage links. Those went pretty fast, and no eggs were brought out until 7:20. Several customers complained to the staff but there was no response for quite a while.
