Went up to look for a home to purchase for my aunt and the staff was amazing and made sure our 2 rooms were next to each other.

The family room size was great.
No elevator, although it was only 2 stories tall.

My room wasn’t ready on time and I had texted the hotel at 7:30 in the morning asking for an early check-in with no response. When I arrived at 1 o’clock, my room wasn’t ready when I came back at two and my room wasn’t ready when they called at 2:30. My room wasn’t ready when I came back at three. My room wasn’t ready. I just felt the lack of communication was disrespectful and the fact my room wasn’t ready was extremely disrespectful.
