Checking in with a young man named Matty ( I think) was pleasant. He was very kind, conversational and helpful. The room and was clean and comfortable. Also smelled nicely. Breakfast was set up nicely and area clean.
Only thing would be day of checkout. Young lady at the desk doing some paperwork wasn’t personable and difficult to approach. I simply asked her if there was an ice machine, her manorisms were that of being irritated and bothered by a simply question.. She showed poor customer service.

It was fine
Clearly either someone next to me or before me smoked in the room and the deodorizer used to mask it made it twice as bad. Very smoky permeated room.

One staff person had PBS one the lobby tv
Elevator broken.
One exterior door was broken— security issue.

The room wasn't real clean , bathroom had a lot of mold , there were insects in the room ,people openly smoking pot ,room didn' get serviced unless requested , Trash piled in Hallways, could see thru T P , no Tissues,rooms only got cleaned every three days (unless requested)
