It had a view of the lake and the room layout was nice
The property was very aged. Furniture and bed was old and beds were uncomfortable. Furniture was worn out.

Room, location, restaurant
Extra charges for check in & checkout. $45 is ridiculous for a 12pm checkout. When you add that to the $25 I paid to have a one hour earlier checkin, the value goes out the window. And no water in the room.

Oh wow! I didn't even realize there was breakfast. That would have been a lovely morning pickup having more coffee and some bits. Room was great, view amazing, close to food and bars!
Elevator buttons seemed broke because don't light up and not sure if it's going to move or not, then it's closes and starts off.

THE ROOM WAS DECENT EXCEPT FOR A TV THAT I WAS TOLD I NEEDED TO UNPLUG AND PLUG BACK. I HAD TO DO THIS MULTIPLE TIMES UNTIL IT WORK. IN THE MORNING I HAD TO DO THE SAME THING OVER AND OVER AND IT NEVER WORK. CARPET HAD LARGE STAINS AND DID NOT APPEAR CLEAN. THE SHOWER WAS DIFFICULT TO OPARATE
I WAS SENT AN EMAIL BEFORE CHECK IN WHERE I HAD TO ADD MY CREDIT CARD AND DRIVER'S LICENSE STAFF KNEW NOTHING ABOUT IT WHEN I GOT TO THE PROPERTY.
