Very classic old hotel, very well restored. Our room on the 4th floor had been recently updated without seeming too "new".
Would have liked good coffee, in the room. Also better coffee and a place to sit in the coffee bar (although there is a generous lobby).
Had to pay extra for parking. Should have been included in room rate.

The manager and housekeepers are wonderful! I had left a valuable ring in my room accidentally and the housekeeper who took care of that room found it and returned it! It was given to the manager and they worked with me on getting it returned. The honesty, the outstanding professionalism and impeccable ethics of the managers up at the front desk and the wonderful housekeeper who's ethics and honesty , made my experience with Hotel Colorado the absolute best! I can't thank you all enough for looking out for me! I will definitely be back!
There is not one thing that I could possibly say that would be a negative about Hotel Colorado.

Entering the Hotel Colorado is like stepping back in time! The property invites lingering from the conversationally furnished hallways outside the rooms to the exquisitely appointed lobby that quite literally invites one to sit by the fire, sip a hot toddy reading a favorite book or meeting up with friends for a glass of wine before heading into the dining room. This is no spared down average lodge for travelers. It is a truly an experience.
