The free breakfast
I’m upset that I was charged an extra $100 at check in that they said would be refunded once they saw my room was “in order” once I checked out. It’s almost a month out and I have yet to see my refund! This is poor customer service and I will never stay there again!

Appears to be brand new. Nice staff!
It was a bit pricey but worth it

Close to our event in Boulder but gets you out of the madness of Boulder! Room was clean and nice size. Quiet.
Only one working elevator. A first for us: wrong size toilet seat! Someone put a standard seat on an elongated bowl. Why?

Man at front desk
Upon check in was very nice & helpful. Room was nice . Location good
Lady at front desk very rude , unhelpful & aggressive to my 19 year old daughter! Elevator at back of hotel
Out of order 👎 Pool very green and unusable for length of stay . Light breakfast offered very sparse
