Hospitality was very good! Clean. And convenient location. Good value for money!
Breakfast was good. Coffee very good too. Nice options for families. Glad to have hot & cold cereal, plus eggs and sausages. Waffles were good too! More like brunch.
Glass in shower door not completely closable. Slanted fixture. Rolling away. Water everywhere!
Jacuzzi temp limited. Steps too deep. Maybe made for a 6 foot person.
Umbrella shades on Outdoor furniture need upgrading too.
Limited amount of shampoo & conditioner. Had to ask for more.

We drove over 8hrs, arrived 3hrs early. Was told the room was ready, but it would cost $25 plus tax more to check in early. The room was clean and comfortable. We stayed two nights and upon checkout, was told I couldn’t receive a senior citizen discount because I had booked through Booking.com. I was told if I’d have booked through the Best Western website, I could have gotten the senior citizen discount.
The breakfast would have been better if kept warmer. The sausage was rubbery. The coffee was excellent.
