Good price. Includes breakfast. Location great. Didn’t charge me a deposit bc i am a repeat customer. Bed comfy.
DARK room, old rust colored paint and early 90s decor - super outdated. Would be tolerable if not so dark.
The lobby furniture/decor is LAUGHABLY bad.
Me and others waited forever for the desk gal to appear- it was beyond acceptable. But- in general it is priced cheaper than neighboring properties. Has a pool. Its obvious the owners dont “get” alot of things, but its still worth it if you can tolerate the darkness. I can’t, at least not very often. I am in Roanoke twice a month. I can handle it about once every few months

The location was great for my needs, restaurants were close by..
Even though the sheets were clean, they felt a little rough on my skin, but that’s me nitpicking.

The breakfast and the employees
The smell of the room, the carpet felt damp and musty. The bathtub made a dripping noise the whole time, I think it's leaking in the wall.
