Well maintained bedroom and clean bathroom. Basic but comfortable. Yogurt at breakfast.
Pricy for what it offers. Communication with hotel prior and at day of check in was inexistent and impossible. Elevator was not working but thank goodness they had a bedroom for me on the level since I just had surgery and was off of the hospital that day. The hotel corridor had a funny smell.

The location was not bad but definitely in a less charming area close to busy Rte 29.
I think you could improve the reception area a bit - besides being a tiny room you can also see plenty of storage (boxes) behind the desk and the room is simply not inviting. Being the first impression your customers have of the hotel/motel this would be worth making more attractive/cozy. We did not like that you could hear everything in the hallway and out in the parking lot. There was a truck loading or unloading something around 5:30 and it was impossible to ignore and sleep through.
