Location was good, rooms were adequate with refrigerator. Breakfast was good with decent options. Bed was comfortable
Elevator was broken, outside grounds could have been cleaner

The room was clean and adequate. Great location
The room next door had a dog that barked and whined for over an our and i complained and it was taken care of.
Never saw a real person...checked in on kiosk more like an ATM. Not private...it talked asked for information I would not have wanted to share had someone was in the waiting room.
Also a bug crawled on me while sleeping. It was a single roach...saw no other bugs...so it was just welcoming me to Florida. Checkout the same. No receipt no live person
Did have a basic breakfast .
