Everything was clean, well cared for., perfect location

The only feedback I would give is it was a shame that, as you open the back patio in room 16, tons of bird poop. They need some pigeon spikes above that patio in the middle

It was not billed as a bed and breakfast, but that's what it is. The breakfast was excellent, and delivered to your room based on your order the night before. Eggs cooked perfectly, coffee delicious.

It didn't bother us at all, but there was no elevator. The stairway was narrow. Other than that, absolutely fantastic service and views! Location was phenomenal. Fall weather was perfect.

Fantastic staff, great location, well maintained property, free breakfast, happy hour

We liked everything

5 / 10·Oct 2025

Location is very good in a quiet neighborhood and right next to the shoreline.

I stayed here before in a very nice room across the street from the Main house building (Lighthouse?). This time I stayed in building next to Main house (Beach House). Room was stuffy, smelled moldy. Without AC it was hard to create some air flow to ventilate room. This Beach House room is definitely overpriced!!!!!
