Shower and shower drain. Comfy bed. Reception was able to get me a thinner pillow.
Carpet floors.

This property was very clean and the staff was very nice, especially Candito, the GM.
Close in proximity to all the shopping and a less expensive property compared to those closer to the beach, which require more uphill walking to get to the shopping areas.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We asked for a couple of things that we had forgotten and they made sure we got them. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good.
The toilet made a loud noise about every half hour. The bathroom needs a shelf to put a couple of items on. The TV was glitchy; would turn off randomly. There were no usb ports for charging phone.

Central location, close to all shops in Carmel...good for 1 night...
Well, it is an inn...if you are there for a night perfect, otherwise book someone else...
