Everyone was so friendly and helpful I came to Augusta GA for surgery we booked a standard room when the manager over heard the desk and I talking he came out and up graded our room to a king suite at no extra charge and put us on the 3rd floor where it was quite now that is service. thanks to everyone again.

Friendly and clean
Lack of parking lack of diet drinks only had one choice. I’d like to see some zeros in there for drinks.
Candy was a little on the high side other snacks were fine

Clean, well appointed room with comfortable bed.

That it had a accessible shower.
Front desk staff nice
The cleaning staff never came. We had to empty own garbage, ask for towels and toilet paper and make bed.
Bed extremely uncomfortable, like a topper had been put on an old mattress and springs poked through.
Breakfast buffet did not take into account persons with food allergies. Except for rubber eggs, fruit and meats, everything was gluten.
