Location and price, the complimentary breakfast was awesome
A little old furniture

I would say that the staff made the stay exceptional. Very friendly and helpful. It was obvious that their only purpose was to make sure that we had anything we needed. When you walk to the front desk and they greet you with enthusiasm, that makes the difference. The breakfast was at a restaurant next door, with a voucher. It was hardy and tasted great. In the room everything was clean and worked. In all it was a good stay.
It wasn't that I didn't like anything in particular, but I'm not going to pretend that this is a 5 star place to stay. It was, however, comfortable, clean and had a nice view.

Large, comfortable and quiet room, close to Bryce Canyon National Park

Great location after a day at Bryce Canyon and priced well for a Bryce hotel. It is walking distance to the Cowboy Ranch House restaurant where we had dinner and a complimentary breakfast the next morning.
The facility is a little outdated but it was clean.
