Rates and some of the staff
The young man who works overnight shift wasn't friendly, he got the breakfast bar setup but we had to ask him for 2% milk he says isn't some out there but he only put whole milk out and when we try to get what 2% that was in there it didn't come out so he decided to get the milk container and put some in there but it was whole milk not 2% he was just that lazy. He didn't greet the guests just rude. Also they need more than 2dolly for their guests to be able to load their luggage instead making a hundred trips to their vehicle.
