Very clean, great staff, and location
Issue with door lock on the room, but front desk did her best to accommodate and did very well

The staff were extremely friendly and responsive. I was assisted in signing up for the IHG rewards program.
We have always stayed at this property even before the recent updates. We have never left a mess or any damage to our room. I don’t mind paying $25 per night/per pet fee but I will not pay $75 each to let our two small well-trained dogs stay in our room. I will be looking for other options.

The room was spacious.
The room was not very well kept. Rust on the doors and mold around the edges of the bathtub. Cabinets were beat up. I saw a roach in the room as well!
