This lodge is beautiful and immaculate. The rooms are comfortable, breakfast is terrific, the fresh baked goods available all day are delicious...Coffee, tea, soft drinks are always available. All of the staff are wonderful, friendly, helpful...

The rooms were spacious. The bed was big and comfortable. The room stayed cold and dark which was ideal for sleeping. The pastries they had available all day were unreal! And it was great to have access to water, tea and snacks all day.
The breakfast service was great, but the food wasn’t anything to write home about. I had high expectations based on the other reviews. The bacon was the best part haha

The breakfast was amazing and filling! The lodge felt like home; easy to maneuver and accessible to our needs.
It would have been nice to have a personal refrigerator in the room. The shower didn’t have the best water pressure but was useable.

Whilst, what we saw of Sevierville is not our kind of town, the scenic location of this property some miles into the country, is quite lovely. At places like this one meets interesting fellow travelers, some who have stayed (here) as much as 8 times.
Price to value is far out of line. At very most this is a $ 150/night value. Noisy AC, Slept with fan on only despite high temp.
Breakfast exceptionally slow, unimaginative, and we learned frequent guests unlikely to return again. Staff pleasant, trying, but seemingly out of their depth for $300 night accommodations.
We are widely traveled, my wife a former Travel Writer.
