Clean, friendly staff, homey. Great view of river traffic and Astoria-Megler bridge. Hot breakfast- par none. Cookies after 3 pm. Big crockpot of Salmon Chowder starting at 5 pm Everyday! Breakfast staff, especially, visited with you and remembered your name from day to day. Rooms were upgraded and fresh. We had a jacuzzi that worked great!

I love the hotel, the location, the fact they have an excellent breakfast and that on Fridays they have clam chowder free for the staying guests. The place is set on a beautiful site with a neat walking trail.

Sadly, the hotel didn't have their pool and spa available, which was a large part of the reason we chose this hotel. In the future, an email out to the guests booked in advance would help to rebook and avoid confusion.

The breakfast was really good and nice and hot!

The pool area was closed during our stay:(

The basic room was antiquated but okay.

The tv guide and channel process was utterly insane. A code rather than a channel! Ridiculous.
