Travelodge by Wyndham Fairplex Pomona

This hotel is five minutes from my hubby's physical therapy. The room was clean. The lighted mirror and lighting behind the TV was cool.

We waited in the lobby for 30+ minutes because they had a sign posted saying they'll be back in 20 minutes. Went to my truck to finally sit down and call the office. I noticed a msg from the hotel inviting my to "skip the line" by checking in online. I did so, now it's been 50 min since we arrived. I call after online check in and ask if someone can meet me at the desk to get our room key. It's 98 degrees outside and I have no AC in my truck. He said there is someone at the desk.😳No there wasn't but there is now! I have issues with my hips and reserved a handicap accessible room with a walk in shower with grab bars. This makes me feel safe when taking a shower and I can do it without assistance. We were given a room on the second floor that had no walk in shower and there is no elevator. Does that sound handicap accessible? I was to tired to notice till we headed to our room what floor/room # it was. We dropped our stuff in the room and immediately left for dinner. We took a shower when we got back and that's when I saw the tub/shower combo not the walk in one I reserved. Too late and too booked up to even want to argue or yell at people. I was very disappointed I did not get what I paid for. It was a good value and could have been better. I would reserve again but I'll make sure I get what I paid for.

The location close to the LA County Fair was perfect. I short 8 minute ride away.

The room was very nice. It was clean the bed was nice the Tv worked and the shower water was hot. Nice dining table at the door, very close to parking lot
