Comfortable room, clean and tidy, plenty of hot water.
Short staffed. Common enough these days.

The staff was very friendly & the room was very clean.
They even had an outdoor fire to enjoy.
I wish the rooms with 2 queen beds would stock the towels for 4 ppl & not for 2 ppl.

Outstanding. Was great and I got one of the best rooms in my opinion. It was so comfortable and cozy. The staff was great too. She was so nice.
Nothing.

I liked the foyer with the large stone fireplace. I also loved the huge table in the foyer. Very beautiful and unique. I also liked the furniture in the rooms. The layout of the bathroom was nice.
The front desk clerk was off putting. There is no elevator. That is not mentioned on the website or booking apps. It's difficult to climb stairs when older clientele have physical impairments. The pillows were as soft as bricks. The refrigerator was on but was not cold. Bulbs were burned out in the bathroom. This property and room was NOT worth a base rate of $160. Not even close. There is also no staff there at night. I was shocked that there wasn't even a basic continental breakfast. For close to $200, there should have been.
