Room was clean and had a great view. Front desk staff were very hospitable. Breakfast was great and better than expected.
Only downside was the hot tub not working, we were looking forward to using the hot tub after a busy day of sight seeing.
Hot tub not working.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
The included breakfast was very nice and the staff in the breakfast area were all keeping busy making sure everything was clean and filled. They were also very pleasant and friendly.
The elevator was broken during our two night stay. At check in they told us they only had a third floor room available for our stay. My husband and I are both seniors and we struggle with stairs. After I raised my concerns about us coming and going and having to do the stairs, they thankfully found us a room on the main floor.

Location is amazing. The terrace is very comfortable to use (for board games, for example). The table on the wheels is very useful.
The elevator didn’t work. To get our baggage delivered up and down, staff should be asked to help. The breakfast was very poor.
