Excellent property with exceptional staff. The new restaurant is open and the pizza is phenomenal, especially The Gulch! Clean rooms, comfy beds and the best views. Plenty of parking and access to everything needed in Deadwood. Trolly runs every 30 minutes for a small cash fee. This will be my go-to hotel.

Cassie at front desk was awesome. Location of hotel. Ability to park trailer for UTV and park UTV near our room. Easy access to room from parking lot.
Zero, zip, nada room service. Cassie told us there would not be room service unless we requested. We requested and received room service next day. The last 2 days there was nothing. We had to ask for towels, garbage bags and toilet paper! We left with a pile of towels and garbage laying on the floor!
