Interesting, beautiful place with ample parking and a beautiful atmosphere. It really is a laid back restful resort with a lot of activities if you like to stay busy and entertained. Staff were very nice and helpful, very clean.

Location seemed ok. We were there to see the fall colors and that was a good place to start the Kancamagus Highway. The bed was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was like a Holiday Inn style, nothing special but ok.
The motel seemed old and tired. Drapes were old and saggy, just not attractive. TV channels were all ads or shopping, nothing like a network even though the guide said they were. No NBC or CBS or FOX news, nothing.
