Loved the views and the bed

Room was ready when we arrived a bit early. Lovely view of the harbor, nice furniture on the balcony. Comfortable bed, large bathroom, microwave and refrigerator. Comfy couch for when we had time to watch DirecTV. We've stayed here a number of times in the past so knew what to expect for the most part, and this time (see below) was a bit disappointing. We chose this establishment for the excellent location.
Disappointed in that room heater was SO NOISY we had to turn the TV up to hear. And our room was not cleaned once so we had to request towels and TP from a random housekeeper in the hall who said our room "was not on my list". Odd. In addition they added a $9.95 parking fee for the event we were attending. We will consider other establishments that may mean a longer walk for our next visit.

We stayed at this location for the Crab Fest and loved the location and view.
The bathroom was very outdated and had some mold on the ceiling. The grout in the bathroom was dirty. One of the two bathroom sinks drained very slowly. The balcony door was very hard to open and made a lot of squeaking noises when opened. The rooms around us had the same issue.
