Good location. Breakfast was better than average. Nice view of river and marina. Nice size room and bathroom.
Looked like homeless guy in parking lot.

Great view; perfect location for the Great Columbia Crossing event (right near one of the shuttle pickups and right near the finish line). Front desk staff was very friendly and informative. Having a breakfast option is great, though I have not yet tried it myself. The double queen room I was in has two sinks, one in the toilet/shower area and one outside of the bathroom, allowing for multiple guests to use sinks simultaneously.
Overall appearance is pretty dated (though that is part of the charm). Some of the bathroom fixtures look like they could use replacing/updating. A few times outside the smell of fish from the marina was a bit overwhelming.

Beautiful iconic location.
The once regal hotel is in much need of a refresh. Discolored grout in bathroom and duct-taped carpet in breakfast area.

Great location and value
There were no lamps for reading. Check-in was at 4 and the surly desk clerk kept us waiting because we thought it was at 3. The sink was plugged with dirt, which was unable to be fixed, and they said they couldn’t find us a room elsewhere because I had reserved with a third party. They gave me Booking.com’s # to deal with it. They just made one excuse after another.😩
