Very friendly atmosphere and organized, we had everything we needed, room was well equipped.
Ceiling was dirty and appeared to have some garbage stuck to it. Door made a loud noise every time you opened it.

Have been visiting for 20 years. They have done some improvements. I will keep coming back.
Well, the comforter was bright white. Afraid to lay on it for fear I might leave a stain. I know my clean black pants can leave a mark on bright white chair.

Although all hotels are higher in Duluth , the rates were more reasonable here
There was some debris on the carpeting in my room indicating it wasn’t vacuumed it was missed. Otherwise it looked nice and clean.

It was close to Duluth.
The pool was extremely outdated. The pool was chipping and the area around the pool was in bad condition and extremely dirty. It was also very cold.
