Good location, very pet friendly. The staff was nice. The lady who took care of the breakfast was great and very pleasant.
The bathroom could have been cleaner.

Staff was very responsive, pleasant, and kind. AC was wonderfully cold, bed was super cozy and clean. It was nice to park near the door to the room.
A bit rough on the outside, especially around the drained pool, but hey, maintenance is non-stop.

It was convient to stop and rest due to late arrival to the hotel. It was near to our final destination which was in Suffolk.
I don't have a complaint with personnel, but only the hotel industry. The medium price hotels have across the board across America have not improve or upgrade their hotels. The older and overused their facilties that were built 20-30 years ago. This goes for Best Western, Choice hotels and etc. I have used Best Western Plus also, which there was some type of improvement to those hotels. In addition, they charge more than its worth.
