Location, staff, generally clean.
Too much hanging out in the parking lot allowed. Local police officers were actually in the parking lot when I was unloading my gear due to an issue with people in the parking lot. When I started to leave my room on the third floor, a couple were in a very loud argument in the hallway. It ended up being the people which the police came to check out. Fortunately, the rooms have some sound protection, so it all worked out.
